Intimate Kaiseki dinner at Hotel Okura Manila’s Yamazato

Celebrate the season with an exclusive Valentine’s Kaiseki Dinner Menu.

Enjoy seafood delicacies made with the freshest ingredients such as tuna, scallop, salmon, and shrimp. The special Valentine’s Kaiseki Menu consists of specially crafted dishes such as steamed sea bream with tofu, shiitake mushroom, and leek with ponzu sauce; clear soup steamed in a tea pot, grilled Japanese Wagyu beef with lemon sauce, and a course of Koshihikari rice steamed with oysters — accompanied by miso soup and pickles. Finish the night with a traditional winter dessert, shiratama rice-flour dumplings with sweet red bean paste.

The Valentine’s Kaiseki Dinner Menu is available from February 12 to 23, 2021. Ingredients may change slightly depending on availability. Please make a reservation at least two days in advance.

Yamazato is located at the 2nd Floor of Hotel Okura Manila within the Resorts World Manila complex. It is open from Tuesdays to Sundays for lunch (11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and dinner (6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
