Your Poop Tells About Your Current Health Condition

Our poop can really tell us a lot about our health, even though it sounds funny.
The doctors often ask people about their bowel movement and how often they poop, what their poop looks like, is it pebbly or hard and many questions like this as they can tell a lot about the health of a person. 
There are numerous researches about poop linking more chronic problems with the bacteria that live in the bowels. There are many studies that show how the bacteria in the bowel can influence our behaviors and our moods. 
These are the things you should pay attention to: 
Do you know your poop?
The poop’s brown color comes from the digested food and all the absorbed nutrients from it.
The regular bowel movements are important for a good health, because that is how the organism eliminates the substances that are unnecessary. 
The poop’s texture 
-A separate hard lumps (nuts-like) is a sign that the body lacks fluids and fiber. You should eat more vegetables and fruits and drink more water. 
-A soft, smooth and sausage- shaped poop is considered as normal poop .It is a sign of great health. 
-An all-liquid and watery poop is classified as diarrhea and it is caused by some infection. Drink more liquids in order to keep the body hydrated. 
-A sausage shaped but lumpy poop isn’t a serious condition but you should consume more foods that are rich in fiber and more fluids. 
-A soft blobs and clear cut edges poop is a normal poop but you have to drink more liquids. 
-A fluffy pieces poop with rages edges is a normal poop but it’s on a way to become diarrhea. 
-A soft poop that sticks to the toilet bowl side means that the body doesn’t absorb the fats properly and that causes too much fat in the body. The main reason for this condition is the chronic pancreatic disease. 
The poop’s shade 
-The brown is the normal poop color. 
-The green means that you have eaten a lot of foods with green coloring or green leafy vegetables. 
-The yellow can be a sign of excess fat in the body that occurs because of a malabsorption disorder like the celiac disease. 
-The black color can be a sign of internal bleeding that is caused by cancer or certain ulcers. It can also be caused by supplements that contain bismuth subsalicylate or iron. You should consult your doctor. 
-The clay- colored, white or light colored poop can be an indication of certain medication or bile duct obstructions. Visit your doctor. 
-Red or blood stained poop can be a symptom of cancer. Consult your doctor immediately. 
Facts about the poop: 
-The consumed food takes one to three days until it ends in your poop.
-The poop is consisted of bacteria, mucus, dead cells and undigested food.
-A healthy poop sinks slowly.
-People poop 1- 2 times a day, normally, but some poop less or more. 
If you want to keep poop healthy you should eat food that are rich in fiber, 20 to 25 grams, exercise regularly and drink a lot of water. The proper hydration is very important for normal pooping.
